Automated Knowledge Graph Construction with LLMs

This survey covers LLM-based knowledge graph construction including Named Entity Recognition with few-shot prompting, Relation Extraction using structured output schemas, Graph Completion using LLMs to infer missing edges, Entity Linking to existing knowledge bases, and Ontology-Guided Construction. Larger models with structured output consistently produce higher-quality graphs.
